I have a problem with turkish get-ups where I can’t do the final rise with my left side. Even with assistance (holding the wall) my thigh felt like it was on fire. But the right side is fine. Can anyone share assistance on this? Thanks for your time.
It’s hard to say without seeing you do the get up in person. Are you talking about when you’re standing up from the half-kneeling position?
